Care instructions:
- Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly
- Condition the interior non-stick cooking surface with a film of vegetable, rapeseed or sunflower oil, rubbing with kitchen paper towel. Rinse with hot water and dry thoroughly. These oils are also best for cooking with
- Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools are recommended
- For best results, use an appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce the risk of damage to the product
- Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage
- Oven and grill up safe to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot products
- Allow product to cool before cleaning
